Bart has been developing and redeveloping properties throughout Texas for more than two decades and his career has encompassed the development, acquisition, and redevelopment of over 1.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties throughout Texas.

Bart has directly contributed to the development or redevelopment of over 2,000 apartment homes in his career. We have a vast experience in the merchant rehab multifamily arena. We maintain control throughout the design and construction process to ensure that our communities are built, renovated, and repositioned to create the most value possible.
